About Us
Nassau County Professional Firefighters are the men and women who, collectively, make up the labor force of Nassau County Fire Rescue.
Nassau County Fire Rescue provides professional fire and emergency medical services to the citizens of Nassau County, Florida 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The men and women of Nassau County Professional Firefighters are dual certified as Firefighters as well as Paramedics or Emergency Medical Technicians.
We staff (7) Advanced Life Support Transport Units, commonly referred to as Rescue Units, (7) Advanced Life Support Fire Engines,
and (1) Basic Life Support Aerial Platform Truck.
We respond to emergency calls for service including car accidents, medical emergencies, house fires, vehicle fires,
and any other situations in which people find themselves in need of assistance.
